Terms and Conditions

The following are rules of use for all offers on myjuicyoffers.com. Becoming a member of myjuicyoffers.com, you agree to abide by these rules:

  1. Offers are valid until 1st March 2011 and are subject to availability.
  2. Each offer carries unique terms and conditions of use. All users are asked to check carefully for restrictions on dates, times and ages. If in any doubt please phone the establishment directly.
  3. All discounts and offers in myjuicyoffers.com are valid on presentation of a valid voucher and membership card. Amended, photocopied or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.
  4. A reservation is recommended and sometimes required when redeeming a food and drink offer. Where “booking essential” is stated, offers may not be redeemed without a valid reservation or if you do not mention myjuicyoffers.com at the time of booking and when asking for the bill.
  5. Where restaurants have a bar, offers are valid only for people dining in the restaurant. Inclusion of drinks ordered from the bar in the final bill is at the restaurant’s discretion. Service charges may or may not be applied to the total bill before the discount is deducted.
  6. Where restaurants specify a maximum group size, a larger party may not use the voucher against all or part of their bill without prior permission from the restaurant.
  7. Surrender your voucher to the participating business to receive your discount. You may not combine the offer with any other promotion, offer, or individual or group discount unless otherwise specified.
  8. myjuicyoffers.com offers no endorsement as to the suitability of an establishment, or the quality or availability of any service, food or drink. If you are dissatisfied with the service offered to you, please take up any complaint directly with the establishment concerned. We will review reports regarding very poor service, but we cannot act on your behalf in pursuing any complaint or claim.
  9. myjuicyoffers.com will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract or refuses to accept a myjuicyoffers.com voucher. However, we will make all attempts to secure compliance.
  10. Any attempt to use an offer in violation of these rules will result in the termination of your membership and may affect any future membership applications made from your place of residence. myjuicyoffers.com reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available by law
  11. Prices are subject to change without notice and are correct at the time of going to print.
  12. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and are not for re-sale.
  13. Vouchers are not valid on major holidays, including those below, even if the offer states that it is valid at any time: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. If in doubt please check with the establishment concerned.
  14. All merchant information is correct as of January 2010.
  15. Should a party be unable to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (such as fire, acts of terrorism, flood), then the provisions of these terms shall be temporarily suspended. If the event continues for more than 3 months, the affected party may terminate immediately.
  16. We reserve the right to vary terms and conditions of use of myjuicyoffers.com by posting changes on our website.
  17. myjuicyoffers.com and its offers are intended for the personal use of the individual purchaser of the card. The use of this website or any of its offers for advertising purposes, in any form or fashion, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorised by myjuicyoffers.com. No failure, delay or waiver by myjuicyoffers.com enforcing or partially enforcing any of its rights under these forms shall constitute a waiver of its rights.
