Fundraiser Agreement

We know you’ll find it easy and rewarding to raise funds with myjuicyoffers.com.  We give genuine fundraisers a unique referral code so we can easily recognise your supporters. By issuing this code myjuicyoffers.com commits to:

• Donate £5 to your cause per new membership using your referral code or following a link from your website
• Give you an update on the total raised for your cause quarterly and on request
• Give you a cheque for the total sum raised for your cause by 1st March 2011

In addition, you can benefit when someone doesn’t use your code. We give £2 - £5 to one of our good causes even when no charity code is used.

• When a member’s code is used the member chooses which charity to benefit and whether they receive £2 or £5
• When a business’ code is used the business chooses which charity to benefit and whether they receive £2 or £5
• When no code is used, £2 is donated to the most popular charity (the charity or charities that raises the most over the course of the year using the methods above)

All cheques will be written in the name of the good cause.  We reserve the right to withhold the donation where there is a Paypal chargeback of the associated membership fee.
